Helpful information regarding online cake ordering:
PICKUP AVAILABILITY: Tuesday – Sunday during the regular business hours of the location you selected. For cakes needed on a Monday, please order for Sunday. Your cake will arrive at the store location on Sunday, and you can pick up on Monday.
REQUIRED LEAD TIME: Orders must be placed before Noon, 48 hours prior to pick up date.
PAYMENT: Payment is due on-site when you pick up your order. Tax will be calculated and added to your order at this time.
CANCELLATIONS: Permitted 48 hours (before Noon) prior to pick up date.
CREATING AN ACCOUNT & EDITING ORDERS: We encourage all customers to create an online account with us to easily recreate past orders and edit existing orders. Order edits can occur up to 48 hours before your pickup date (by Noon).
GIFT CARDS: We are not able to accept a gift card for cakes picked up at Kroger. If you are able to pick up your cake from Ukrop’s Market Hall, we can accept your gift card over the phone.
TAX-EXEMPT CUSTOMERS: Please send your tax-exempt certificate issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia to taxexempt@ukrops.com.
